Educational purposes only. The App, its contents, features, and any generated outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

Consult your doctor. We are not medical professionals, dietitians, or physicians. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, fasting regimen, or exercise program — especially with pre-existing conditions or prescription medication.

Assumption of risk. Relying on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk. KetovoreApp is not liable for any health complications, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from your dietary choices.

Your data & privacy

Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all personal data, food logs, biometric entries, and content you upload to the App.

Collection. The App collects standard usage data, analytics, and telemetry to improve performance, debug issues, and personalize your experience.

License to operate. By uploading content or logs, you grant KetovoreApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the App’s services to you.

Jurisdiction & international users

US laws govern. KetovoreApp is owned and operated by a United States–based entity, is targeted at users residing in the United States, and is governed by US federal and state laws.

EU/EEA. We do not intentionally target, market to, or track residents of the EU or EEA. If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Arbitration, class-action waiver & venue

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Individual arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of KetovoreApp will be settled exclusively through binding, individual arbitration, and not in a court of law.

Legal costs. Except as required by applicable arbitration rules or law, each party bears its own legal costs and fees; administrative and arbitrator fees are shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Texas venue. All arbitration proceedings take place in the State of Texas; KetovoreApp may select the specific city, county, and venue within Texas.

Class-action waiver. You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Limitation of liability & “as-is” warranty

As-is basis. KetovoreApp is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Cap on liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KetovoreApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to KetovoreApp in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Accounts & acceptable use

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Prohibited behavior. You agree not to abuse the App, reverse-engineer its software, scrape data, upload malware, or use community features to harass, abuse, or threaten others.

Changes to this agreement

We may modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice in the App or via email. Continued use after changes take effect means you agree to the updated terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including a breach of these terms.
